1. Proofs: Customer approval required on all custom orders.
2. Cancellation: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written permission of the factory. Distributor must pay for all work in progress.
3. Claims: Claims for damaged goods or for merchandise not received must be sent to factory within 30 days of invoice date. We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise that has been damaged in transit.
4. Returns: Imprinted merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned.
5. Shipping: FOB Point - Jackson, WI.
6. Lead Time: 15 working days after receipt of art approval
7. Plate charge: $60 (V) for orders under 5,000 pieces
8. Artwork: Files should be sumitted in Adobe Illustrator EPS file format with all fonts converted to outlines. Please specify PMS colors.
